Contact@GoMVB.com Chatham, NJ: Todd Smith, the veteran head coach at the Hun School of Princeton, New Jersey, has sent hundreds of players into the elite upper echelon of college ranks, so he knows a thing or two about spotting talent.

Bryce Kania is expected to be one of those players.

At 6'4", 185 pounds, Chatham resident Kania is one of the HUN's sophomore wide receiver/safeties and he's already drawing significant interest.

Kania caught four passes for 60 yards before missing six games with a punctured, but now fully recovered lung for Hun, which finished the season 9-0 and crowned Mid Atlantic Prep League AND Northeast Prep League champs. Yet despite not being on the field much, he still finished the year with 6 receptions for 143 yards, 2 touchdowns AND 13 tackles! For Smith, that body of work alone was enough to say this:

"He's a Power 5 kid. He's an elite athlete. He goes up to make the play, he's a mismatch for most defenders. He's just a very TALENTED kid.''

As of now, Kania has drawn interest from:

  1. Rutgers University

  2. Duke University

  3. Monmouth University

  4. Princeton University

  5. UPENN

  6. Dartmouth College

  7. Harvard University

  8. Cornell University "But he's only a sophomore, so interest will grow substantially,'' said Smith. 'He has above average height and above average speed. He has it all.'' Kania is already ranked:

  9. #6 - '24 Best WR in State (PrepRedzone)

  10. #24 - '24 Best in State Overall (PrepRedzone) Kania has stood out at camps such as Rutgers, UPENN, Cornell, Duke, Cornell and Monmouth. Academically, Kania maintains a 4.1 grade point average and received 2021 High Honor Roll recognition. He scored 1130 on his PSATs. Scouting Report: ''On the field, he looks more like an upperclassman - the way he looks, moves and plays. He can get by a defender with speed, and he can go up and make a play in traffic. He's equally adept at catching a short out pass or the deep ball.'' To check out film and stats on Kania, please visit his personalized player page here: GoMVB.com/brycekania.
