CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

All GoMVB Sports programs are a 12-month commitment; however, we do understand that sometimes circumstances require change, and we want our clients to understand we appreciate the need for flexibility.

​

As we strive to improve services and ensure smooth operations for all our valued clients, we require 30 days’ written notice of cancellations as part of our terms of service which can be sent via email to contact@gomvb.com. This timeframe allows us to efficiently re-allocate resources, which are automatically planned at the start of each month. Please note that upon cancellation, there will be one additional and final month's charge as we transition these resources from your account and turn it down.

It's important to highlight that all clients are required to agree to this policy and our full Terms & Conditions before commencing service. Failure to adhere to the cancellation terms as outlined at the time of enrollment may necessitate involvement with collections and or legal efforts to collect debt. In the event of a chargeback, documentation of the agreed terms of service will be provided.

REFUND POLICY FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Refunds will only be made within the first 14 days of service from your initial signup date or if a client was accidentally charged outside of the above cancellation policy as part of the terms of service. Final payments included with the 30-Day Cancellation Policy will not be eligible for refund.
