McAdory Star Kaleb Malik May All Set to Play D 1 Football

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE November 17, 2022 Press Contact: Contact@GoMVB.com Helena, AL: Kaleb Malik May is going to sign his National Letter of Intent at some point this school year. And when May does, it will be with Samford, May has been a star offensive and defensive lineman for the McAdory Yellow Jackets in Alabama and has helped lead the team into the Alabama state playoffs and to another winning campaign, after the Yellow Jackets went 8-4 in 2021. This year, May has been dominant on the offensive and defensive lines for McAdory, and has racked up the offers to play in college. Over the weekend, May decided that Samford University was his pick from many offers to continue his academic and athletic careers at the next level Here is what May said via his Twitter page about the decision: “First and foremost I want to thank God for putting me in this position to play football at the next level because without him nothing is possible. I want to thank my Grandma and Grandaddy for everything they do for me and for going out of their way to make sure I have everything that I needed to succeed.” “I would like to thank all my coaches at McAdory for pushing me to become the best player and person I could be. I appreciate Coach Pugh for guiding me through this process and Coach Swift for the extra o-line training.” “Thank you to all of the college coaches who have taken the time to recruit me.” “And finally with all that being said, I am very blessed and excited to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Samford University. #gobulldogs May believes in being a star in the classroom as well as on the field, holding a 3.5 GPA with one last semester of grades to finish. Here is a scouting report on the May: “May already has very good size for a lineman, at 6-4, 270 pounds, and you know he is going to keep getting stronger and faster each year. At just 17-years-old, May has already been so good over his varsity career. Every time you watch him play live, or watch a film, he does something new that makes you gasp. He is just a freakishly good athlete for his size.” “He also has all the intangibles you would want to play at the next level. May is going to make some coach very happy when he signs, because he is ready to play at the next level.
